Reading about What is race?

Today in class we read from a article called "Race" and the Construction of Human Identity. In this article it talked about how a lot of people came to the United States and Europe for better jobs and for a better living. This also talked about the different social classes that there are. Once we finished reading the article we would finish writing the questions which one of them were to find confusing words and write a sentence of what we thought the article was about. Once we found our words we would have a chance to have Spencer put them up on the board and we would have a time to discuss about what we thought those words meant if we couldn't understand the word. We also got a map that was shaded in with different patterns and how there were so many other places of Africa where no one was there because they no one had really moved into that part.
